UCDSB Wi-Fi Statement

Upper Canada District School Board has Wi-Fi access in all its schools and workplace environments.  To assure the health and safety of students, staff, parents, volunteers and community members, our School District follows adheres to the guidance and direction set out by Health Canada (known as Safety Code 6) for the use of Wi-Fi systems to safeguard everyone, including children.

Public Health Ontario has confirmed the safety of this technology in school and workplace settings.

We will continue to follow the guidance of these trusted and credible government health organizations. Should the standards set by the government organizations change, UCDSB will review our use of this technology and respond appropriately.
